Internal Ratchet
A bicycle-freewheel-style mechanism: an outer ring with inward-pointing teeth, an inner hub, and pawl_count pawls mounted on the hub pointing radially outward.
Ratchet Pawl

Units and Core Parameters
Ratchets use the same sizing convention as gears: set module (tooth size) and tooth count, or switch to outer-diameter mode and let module be worked out automatically. Tooth depth can be automatic or set by hand.
Target Matching
This family doesn't currently support Match Target.
