Hairspring

A flat Archimedean-spiral ribbon — the kind of spring used in mechanical clock balance wheels. See README.md for family-wide notes.

Serpentine Spring

A flat zigzag spring — straight legs connected by rounded U-bends, compressing along one axis. See README.md for family-wide notes.
Units and Core Parameters

Both spring generators build a flat coiled ribbon. Strip width and strip thickness control the ribbon's own cross-section; inner/outer radius and turn count control the size and tightness of the coil.

Target Matching

This family doesn't currently support Match Target.
